Employee Engagement Activities
We work with companies to engage their employees in sustainability efforts. Our activities include e-waste drives, volunteering opportunities, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of environmental responsibility within organizations.
Door to Door Pick-ups
To make e-waste recycling accessible to everyone, we offer a convenient door-to-door collection service for households and small businesses. This initiative is especially beneficial for households, small businesses, and communities where there may be barriers to proper disposal, without requiring individuals to travel to a recycling facility. Our goal is to make responsible recycling accessible to all, minimizing the environmental impact of e-waste in communities.
Drives
We organize large-scale e-waste drives aimed at collecting significant amounts of electronic waste from both individuals and businesses. We set up collection points at key locations like schools, community centers, malls, and corporate campuses, making it easy for people to drop off their old electronics for recycling. Through these drives, we are able to divert significant amounts of e-waste from landfills, promoting responsible recycling on a broader scale and contributing to a circular economy.
Awareness Campaigns
At THRECO, we believe that widespread change begins with awareness. Our awareness campaigns are designed to educate the public about the dangers of improper e-waste disposal and the benefits of sustainable recycling practices. These campaigns aim to shift public perception and promote responsible e-waste management at every level of society. Through our awareness campaigns, we aim to create a lasting impact on public attitudes, making responsible e-waste recycling a common practice in homes and workplaces alike.
Community Engagement
THRECO’s community engagement programs are designed to bring people together to take action on e-waste management at the local level. We engage communities through interactive programs, fostering a sense of collective responsibility towards environmental stewardship. By involving communities directly in our initiatives, we create a shared sense of responsibility and empower individuals to be active participants in tackling the e-waste crisis.
